The focus is on addressing high blood pressure and accelerating leprosy elimination in low- and middle-income countries.

Foundation does not issue grants, but participates actively in the implementation of the health initiatives by lending both financial and technical assistance. The grant amount can be small <$50,000, medium $50,000-$5,00,000 or large >$50,000
