Green Waste Reprocessor (GWR) converts all organic waste (green, food/vegetable, temple waste) into valuable by product at the source of generation without creating pollution and affecting the environment. It is available in different capacities from 100 kg per day to 4 ton per day. The machines can be installed as per the waste generation in a specific area.

Green Waste Reprocessor (GWR) converts all the organic waste (green, food/vegetable, temple waste) into a valuable by product without creating pollution and affecting the environment. This modular machine converts different kind of organic waste into valuable by-products at the source of generation. All organic feedstock at decentralized installations reprocesses them. There are different variants of GWR machines available ranging from garden and horticulture waste, food/vegetable waste, temple waste to cow dung in different capacities.
Different by products are made for different types of waste. . For e.g Organic Havan Samagri is created from Flower Waste therefore giving it back to the temples the Havan samagri for their further use. For example, green waste is processed into organic compost and Fuel Sticks. Organic Compost can be used in Agriculture, farming, plantations and fuel sticks can be used in clean cooking.

The innovation

THE INNOVATION

It is a decentralized machine working with the help of Electricity and can be installed at the source of waste to decrease the cost of transportation of waste to landfill sites. It also saves land which otherwise would be filled with waste. It employs four-five people on every machine to generate employment.

Environmental Impact

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT

Crop Burning & Landfill Sites are the major factors for the pollution in any city/state. Decentralized technology will help in decreasing the pollution and will also reduce heavy trucks from the road leading to less congestion.

SOCIAL IMPACT

SOCIAL IMPACT

Lack of waste disposal facility for a city creates a bad impression for the Municipal Corporation/ government in charge of the city. This project can bring on more employment opportunities for labours (skilled, unskilled).

ECONOMIC IMPACT

ECONOMIC IMPACT

This solution has the potential to reduce transportation cost and organic compost requirement expenditure of any client. This Machine produces a valuable by-product which can be sold in the market to recover operational costs. There are various by-products which the government can use it for farming purposes, like Organic Compost. As per the last cabinet decision, cabinet has approved the subsidy on the compost therefore making the compost viable for farmers.
