The Role

We are looking for a person who: • Is a postgraduate with experience of working on youth issues. Freshers are highly encouraged. • Is passionate about and has experience of working with adolescents and youth. • Has a positive orientation and cheerful disposition. • Has the ability to inspire, open to learning, to think out of the box, deep people orientation, demonstrated leadership skills and an enterprising spirit • Has excellent communication (written and oral) and facilitation skills in both English, Konkani and Hindi • Has deep understanding of various developmental/ social perspectives and a strong sense of commitment to meeting deadlines • Has good analytical and conflict resolution skills and a collaborative nature • Is flexible to work on weekends and travel extensively to across the state.
